During its early year of establishment, it had formed a strategic management concept of developing the company by technology and carried it out all the way, at the same time, performing the technological innovative project step by step, developing and deepening the quality control performance. The company is growing during the process of its devotion to the hard cause. The company professionally produces ceramics, industrial ceramics, alumina ceramics, core vent etc., and had made great contribution to the national producing capability in new-type high-performance electronic ceramics. With strong technical force and successes in developing new alumina ceramics product, it has become a professional manufacturer of A-95 alumina ceramics product in the country.

　　生产工艺的不断改进，已形成多方法制造：冷等静压生产、干压生产、热压注成型生产，可满足了不同用户的技术要求。公司主导产品有：电真空开关管陶瓷外壳 ( 获国家级新产品奖 ) 、铁路机车制动柜瓷夹被铁道部认定定点生产、焊接类气体护罩陶瓷喷咀自营出口、快速熔断器 ( 高低压 ) 陶瓷外壳为国内主要厂家配套、部份出口、火花塞瓷件及纺织、水泵用：瓷片、瓷环、瓷轴、瓷球、瓷棒、瓷砖等瓷件。

　　Many producing methods are developed as the craft improved, including isostatic cool pressing, dry pressing and hot pressing molding, to meet customers' different requirements to technique. Our leading products include ceramics shield for electric vacuum switch pipe, which was awarded of national new product prize, ceramics clip for brake cabinet of railway engine, which was specially appointed to be produced by our company, jointed ceramics vent for gas shield, ceramics shield for fast fuse (both high and low pressure), of which part are for matching products in domestic factory and part for exporting, spark plug ceramics and ceramics piece, ceramics ring, ceramics axis, ceramics ball, ceramics stick, ceramic tile for textile and water pump purpose.

　　In 2001, the company passed ISO9001 quality system certification. In 1998, it was evaluated as high-new technical enterprise in Shaoxing County. In 2004, it was evaluated as civic patent model enterprise. In 2006, it was evaluated as provincial patent model enterprise. It also gained many national new-product prizes and national technology promoting trade action plan prize in 2004.
